Fresh Garden Pesto

This pesto is the besto! If you are looking for a fresh and tasty bloat-free sauce to put on LITERALLY EVERYTHING, look no further! A little of this pesto goes a long way, and it is so versatile! Use it on gluten-free pizza, pasta, sandwiches, toast, crackers, or zucchini noodles!

Servings 1 cup

Equipment

  • blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup walnut halves about 10
  • 1/2 cup garlic-infused oil
  • 1/3 cup hard Parmesan, grated or, nutritional yeast
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice fresh or bottled

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and pulse until well combined.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Enjoy this pasta on: 
  • Gluten-free pasta, pizza, toast, sandwiches or crackers
  • Zucchini noodles (1/3 cup)
  • Chicken breast
