Fresh Garden Pesto
This pesto is the besto! If you are looking for a fresh and tasty bloat-free sauce to put on LITERALLY EVERYTHING, look no further! A little of this pesto goes a long way, and it is so versatile! Use it on gluten-free pizza, pasta, sandwiches, toast, crackers, or zucchini noodles!
Equipment
- blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1/3 cup walnut halves about 10
- 1/2 cup garlic-infused oil
- 1/3 cup hard Parmesan, grated or, nutritional yeast
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice fresh or bottled
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and pulse until well combined.
