Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie | Low-FODMAP

This delicious low-FODMAP and gut-friendly strawberry smoothie is perfect for breakfast, a nourishing snack, or a no-compromise sweet AND healthy treat!

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Liquid Measuring Cups
  • Dry Measuring Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana green-tinged, make sure it's not too ripe.
  • 1/2 cup lactose-free Greek or regular yogurt I like vanilla or strawberry flavoured!
  • 1 cup lactose-free cow's milk or almond milk*

Instructions
 

  • Blend all of the ingredients together, and enjoy!

Notes

*Add more lactose-free/almond milk if you like a thinner consistency and less if you like a thicker smoothie.
