Pumpkin Pie Bites | Low-FODMAP
The perfect low-FODMAP to-go snack for a busy week that tastes like Fall-in-a-ball.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups rolled or quick cooking oats
- 1/3 cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients
- Form into 12 balls (about 2" in diameter)
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
