Easy Greek Dressing and Marinade | Low-FODMAP
This low-FOD Greek dressing can be used in so many ways! You can put it on a lettuce-based or chopped Greek salad, use it to marinade meat before grilling (highly recommend for chicken kabobs), pour it over new potatoes prior to roasting, or drizzle in a GF wrap or pita!
Equipment
- Mason jar
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup garlic-infused oil
- 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice bottled or fresh
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
- Secure air-tight lid and shake until mixed.
- Shake before use & enjoy!
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
