Hey there, my name is Taletha Bennett! I am expertly trained as a Registered Dietitian by the University of Saskatchewan. I have suffered from GI issues of my own for as long as I can remember, and I wanted to better support my clients (and myself) in this area!

I got certified in the low-FODMAP diet and holistic treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and other digestive issues through Monash University.

I have been helping clients take back their quality of life ever since!
