Easy Greek Dressing and Marinade | Low-FODMAP

This low-FOD Greek dressing can be used in so many ways! You can put it on a lettuce-based or chopped Greek salad, use it to marinade meat before grilling (highly recommend for chicken kabobs), pour it over new potatoes prior to roasting, or drizzle in a GF wrap or pita!

Equipment

  • Mason jar
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup garlic-infused oil
  • 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice bottled or fresh
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
  • Secure air-tight lid and shake until mixed.
  • Shake before use & enjoy!

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
