- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 fresh or frozen banana green-tinged, make sure it's not too ripe.
- 1/2 cup lactose-free Greek or regular yogurt I like vanilla or strawberry flavoured!
- 1 cup lactose-free cow's milk or almond milk*
*Add more lactose-free/almond milk if you like a thinner consistency and less if you like a thicker smoothie.
